PMC has demolished illegal constructions spanning approximately 20,000 sq ft near the Air Force Station on Lohegaon-Wagholi Road. The constructions were located adjacent to the Air Force Station's boundary wall and involved diverting a natural stream. A two-storey building was being erected without permission in the bomb-dump range. The PMC also conducted a similar drive in Vimannagar against encroachments. This action follows a broader trend, with PMC issuing thousands of notices against unauthorized structures and demolishing over 21,000 sq ft of illegal construction earlier this month.

पुणे म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन (PMC) ने लोहेगांव-वाघोली रोड पर एयर फ़ोर्स स्टेशन के पास लगभग 20,000 वर्ग फुट में फैले अवैध निर्माणों को गिरा दिया है। ये निर्माण एयर फ़ोर्स स्टेशन की सीमा दीवार से सटे हुए थे और इसमें एक प्राकृतिक नाले का रास्ता बदला गया था। बम-डंप रेंज में बिना अनुमति के दो मंजिला इमारत बनाई जा रही थी। पीमसी ने विमनगर में भी अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ इसी तरह की कार्रवाई की। यह कार्रवाई एक व्यापक प्रवृत्ति का हिस्सा है, जिसमें पीमसी ने इस महीने की शुरुआत में अनधिकृत ढांचों के खिलाफ हजारों नोटिस जारी किए थे और 21,000 वर्ग फुट से अधिक के अवैध निर्माण को गिराया था।
