सेबी ने दो निवेश और ब्रोकरेज फर्मों पर ₹3.7 करोड़ का जुर्माना लगाया है। इन फर्मों पर क्लोजिंग ऑक्शन सेशन (CAS) में हेरफेर करने का आरोप है। सेबी के चेयरमैन तुहिन कांता पांडे ने पहले ही ऐसी हरकतों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी थी। यह कदम बाजार में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए उठाया गया है।
