Court Grants Bail to Man Accused of Minor Molestation

A special POCSO court in Noida has granted bail to a man accused of molesting a minor, noting he had no prior criminal record. The minor alleged the accused entered her home and threatened her when she refused his marriage proposal. The prosecution argued the accused was a habitual offender, but the court found no evidence to support this claim.

नोएडा की एक विशेष POCSO कोर्ट ने एक नाबालिग से छेड़छाड़ के आरोपी को ज़मानत दे दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि आरोपी का कोई पिछला आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं है। नाबालिग ने आरोप लगाया कि आरोपी उसके घर में घुस आया और शादी के प्रस्ताव को ठुकराने पर उसे धमकी दी। अभियोजन पक्ष ने तर्क दिया कि आरोपी आदतन अपराधी है, लेकिन कोर्ट को इस दावे का समर्थन करने के लिए कोई सबूत नहीं मिला।
