India vs Sri Lanka 1st ODI Shifted From Delhi To Visakhapatnam

Times of India · sports

The opening One Day International match between India and Sri Lanka, originally scheduled for December 13 in New Delhi, has been moved to Visakhapatnam. The Delhi District Cricket Association cited ongoing renovation work and potential weather disruptions as reasons for their inability to host the fixture. The Board of Control for Cricket in India approved the venue change, confirming Visakhapatnam as the new location for the series opener. The rest of the five-match series, comprising three ODIs and three T20Is, will proceed as planned at their originally allotted venues.
