Ramkumar Pandian created profiles under the alias 'Ishwarya', using a female voice and photos, claiming to be an IRS officer-trainee. He fabricated stories about her parents' death and threatened suicide to extort money. One victim lost over ₹9.52 lakh before reporting the fraud to cybercrime police, leading to Pandian's arrest.
