The lawyer claims bikers frequently cause accidents and disturb traffic on Golf Course Road. He stated the car's occupants were returning from Delhi and that the crash occurred when the biker swerved. गुरुग्राम हिट-एंड-रन मामले में आरोपी ड्राइवर के वकील ने पीड़ित, इंस्टाग्राम इन्फ्लुएंसर "Rebel Wheels Sia" को ही दोषी ठहराया है। वकील का कहना है कि गोल्फ कोर्स रोड पर अक्सर बाइक सवार ट्रैफिक जाम करते हैं और दुर्घटनाएं कराते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि कार में सवार लोग दिल्ली से लौट रहे थे और बाइक सवार के अचानक मुड़ने से टक्कर हुई। वकील ने यह भी कहा कि ड्राइवर भीड़ के गुस्से से बचने के लिए भागा था।
