The first incident occurred in Moldova as he departed for Oslo, with drones nearly hitting his plane. Zelenskyy stated that on his return trip to Ukraine a few days later, drones again entered Moldovan airspace. He believes these actions are part of a Russian strategy to intimidate him and other foreign leaders.
