Zomato founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal has sparked a debate about the future of work by suggesting drone deliveries could replace human couriers if staffing shortages arise. He stated that the company hopes for better quality jobs for India's youth, but would consider drone delivery when sufficient personnel are unavailable. Currently, over 3.1 million Indians work as delivery partners for Zomato and Blinkit. Goyal aims for the parent company 'Eternal' to support over 5% of India's population by 2030.
