Telangana has witnessed a significant surge in liquor sales, surpassing ₹2,000 crore within the first 19 days of October, driven by the Dasara festival rush. Overall liquor depot sales increased by 37.02% compared to the same period last year. Notably, beer volumes saw a sharp rise of nearly 41%. On October 19 alone, sales reached ₹303.40 crore, a substantial jump from the previous year, indicating strong consumer demand during the festive season.

अक्टूबर के पहले 19 दिनों में तेलंगाना में शराब की बिक्री ₹2,000 करोड़ के पार हो गई है, जिसकी वजह दशहरा का त्योहार है। पिछले साल इसी अवधि की तुलना में शराब डिपो की कुल बिक्री में 37.02% की वृद्धि हुई है। खास बात यह है कि बीयर की बिक्री में लगभग 41% की भारी बढ़ोतरी देखी गई। अकेले 19 अक्टूबर को ₹303.40 करोड़ की बिक्री हुई, जो पिछले साल की तुलना में काफी ज्यादा है, इससे पता चलता है कि त्योहारों के मौसम में लोगों ने खूब खरीदारी की।
