Aryan Arora's Prussian Spit exhibition marks a new chapter in contemporary art

Visual artist Aryan Arora has launched his debut UK solo exhibition, Prussian Spit, at SHUG Gallery in the United Kingdom. The exhibition explores the emotional and conceptual possibilities of Prussian Blue, moving beyond Arora's signature monochrome style. Arora, born in India in 1999, has previously gained recognition for his high-contrast black-and-white paintings. His new collection, inspired partly by blues music, examines vulnerability, identity, and isolation through four notable oil paintings. The exhibition features a distinctive wet-look finish, achieved through translucent oil glazing, giving the figures a sculptural presence.
