Formula E has partnered with designer Heron Preston to innovate motorsport fashion, focusing on sustainability and recycled materials. The collaboration was announced ahead of its preview at ComplexCon Los Angeles, showcasing Preston’s eX-Ray concept and a Formula E GEN4 car with a custom livery. This partnership aims to reuse materials, with recycled cotton being transformed into new fabrics for apparel and merchandise. Beyond clothing, they will explore upcycled components from the sport and the recyclability of the GEN4 car, which is designed to be 100% recyclable or reusable.
