India secured a silver medal in the women's 50m 3 Positions team event at the Asian Games. The trio of Tilottama Sen, Ashi Chouksey, and Vidarsa Vinod aggregated 1763 points, finishing behind China. In the individual event, young shooter Tilottama Sen narrowly missed a medal, finishing fourth. Compatriot Vidarsa Vinod came in fifth, continuing India's mixed run in individual shooting disciplines. China's Han Jiayu claimed the individual gold with a new Asian record.
