ईओयू ने किशनगंज की जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी रूबी कुमारी और उनके पति गौरव कुमार के खिलाफ आय से ज़्यादा संपत्ति जमा करने के आरोप में छापेमारी शुरू की है। दंपति पर अपनी ज्ञात आय से लगभग 87.49% ज़्यादा, ₹2.45 करोड़ की संपत्ति जमा करने का आरोप है। ईओयू की टीमों ने एक साथ कटिहार और किशनगंज में उनके पैतृक घर और किराए के आवास सहित कई जगहों पर तलाशी ली। इस जांच का मकसद वित्तीय विसंगतियों का पता लगाना और संपत्ति के रिकॉर्ड को सत्यापित करना है। तलाशी पूरी होने के बाद और जानकारी मिलने की उम्मीद है।
