European Banks Move Gold From US Vaults

The Netherlands and France have moved significant amounts of gold out of US vaults, citing geopolitical unrest and a need for better crisis preparedness. The Dutch central bank relocated 86 tonnes of gold from New York to London. France also removed its gold exposure from the New York Federal Reserve. Concerns about accessibility in extreme scenarios and unpredictable US policymaking are driving these decisions.

नीदरलैंड्स और फ्रांस ने भू-राजनीतिक अस्थिरता और बेहतर संकट तैयारी की ज़रूरत बताते हुए अमेरिका के वॉल्ट्स से काफी मात्रा में सोना निकाल लिया है। डच सेंट्रल बैंक ने न्यूयॉर्क से 86 टन सोना लंदन में स्थानांतरित किया है। फ्रांस ने भी न्यूयॉर्क फेडरल रिज़र्व से अपना सोना हटा लिया है। ऐसे में पहुँच की चिंता और अमेरिकी नीतियों की अनिश्चितता इन फैसलों की वजह बन रही है।
