Two men were expelled, two suspended, and three received lesser sanctions after a Title IX panel reviewed the allegations. The university stated that the description of men mitigating conduct by submitting essays was inaccurate, though some were required to write reflection papers. None of the seven men have been criminally charged, and the Chi Phi fraternity has been banned from campus.
