Father Arrested For Son's Murder Over Cooking

A 57-year-old man has been arrested in Dumka village for allegedly killing his 17-year-old son following a dispute over cooking. The accused, Karnelius Murmu, reportedly became angry when his son, Pradip Murmu, was not cooking properly while his wife was away. Police initially received a call about Pradip's suicide but found a mark on his neck, raising suspicion. After questioning, Karnelius admitted to the crime and helped police recover the alleged murder weapon, a gamcha. He has been sent to judicial custody.
