UK PM: Iran Linked to Airbase Security Incident; Fuel Found

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham stated that the British government believes the Iranian state was involved in a security incident at RAF Fairford, an airbase used by the US. Five men were arrested on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act at the base but were later bailed. While no explosives were found, investigators did recover a quantity of fuel. The Iranian Embassy in London has strongly denied any involvement, calling the accusations unfounded and malicious attempts to fuel Iranophobia.
