Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma laid the foundation stone for a new mini secretariat at Patharkhmah in Ri-Bhoi district. This facility aims to consolidate government offices and services on a single campus, making them more accessible to local residents. The initiative seeks to reduce the need for citizens to travel extensively for government work. Additionally, a new block office, Patharkhmah Senior Secondary School, and Patharkhmah Model Degree College were inaugurated, enhancing educational infrastructure in the region.

मेघालय के मुख्यमंत्री कॉनराड के संगमा ने रि-भोई जिले के पाथरखमाह में एक नए मिनी सचिवालय की आधारशिला रखी। इस सुविधा का उद्देश्य सरकारी दफ्तरों और सेवाओं को एक ही परिसर में समेकित करना है, जिससे स्थानीय निवासियों के लिए वे अधिक सुलभ हो सकें। इस पहल का मकसद सरकारी कामों के लिए नागरिकों की लंबी यात्रा की आवश्यकता को कम करना है। इसके अतिरिक्त, एक नया ब्लॉक कार्यालय, पाथरखमाह सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल और पाथरखमाह मॉडल डिग्री कॉलेज का उद्घाटन किया गया, जिससे क्षेत्र में शैक्षिक बुनियादी ढांचे में वृद्धि हुई है।
