Man Arrested In Mississippi Woman's Homicide

Police in Mississippi have arrested a man, Jarques Ratliff, 51, in connection with the death of Tasia Fortune, a black woman found hanged from a tree. Her body was discovered in August in Jackson, and authorities have now confirmed her death as a homicide. Jackson Police Chief RaShall Brackney stated that additional arrests are expected as the investigation continues. Fortune's mother expressed a sense of relief but hopes the right person has been apprehended.
