अभिनेता इमरान खान, जो एक अमेरिकी नागरिक और OCI कार्डधारक हैं, ने मुंबई पुलिस द्वारा भारत छोड़ने के लिए जारी किए गए नोटिस को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। यह नोटिस उन्हें 28 अक्टूबर तक भारत छोड़ने का निर्देश देता है। यह नोटिस मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन में उनकी भागीदारी के बाद जारी किया गया था। खान की याचिका में कहा गया है कि कोई भी कानून OCI कार्डधारकों को शांतिपूर्ण विरोध प्रदर्शनों में भाग लेने से नहीं रोकता है और यह नोटिस बिना किसी जांच या कारण बताओ नोटिस के जारी किया गया था।
