Embassy Developments Sells Mumbai Tower

Embassy Developments has signed a deal to sell an entire residential tower at its Embassy Terazza project in Juhu, Mumbai, for approximately Rs 711 crore. The buyer is Dinesh Thakkar, founder of Angel One. The G+7-storey tower offers 63,000 sq ft of RERA carpet area. Embassy Developments described this as India's largest single residential unit transaction. The ultra-luxury project is part of the company's expanding residential portfolio in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
