Tennis legend John McEnroe and singer Patty Smyth have listed their Malibu oceanfront home for $35 million. They originally purchased the property in 2015 for $21 million and have used it as a peaceful retreat from their New York lives. The 6,500-square-foot residence, designed by Steven Ehrlich and remodelled by Michael Lee, features four bedrooms and expansive ocean views. Despite selling this property, the couple plans to keep another smaller home they own in the same exclusive Paradise Cove neighbourhood.
