The Andhra Pradesh BJP has accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of creating public confusion regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and disrespecting the Election Commission of India. State spokesperson Jalli Madhusudhan stated that Gandhi's criticism of the ECI, a constitutional body, was unbecoming of his position. He clarified that the SIR aims to clean up voter lists by removing deceased or relocated individuals. The BJP spokesperson suggested Gandhi's stance implies a desire to extend voting rights to illegal immigrants and prevent proactive measures by the ECI.

आंध्र प्रदेश भाजपा ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी पर स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन (SIR) को लेकर जनता को भ्रमित करने और चुनाव आयोग (ECI) का अनादर करने का आरोप लगाया है। प्रदेश प्रवक्ता जल्ली मधुसूदन ने कहा कि गांधी द्वारा एक संवैधानिक संस्था ECI की आलोचना करना उनके पद के लिए अशोभनीय है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि SIR का उद्देश्य मृत या स्थानांतरित व्यक्तियों को हटाकर मतदाता सूची को साफ करना है। भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने सुझाव दिया कि गांधी का रुख अवैध प्रवासियों को मतदान का अधिकार देने और ECI द्वारा सक्रिय उपायों को रोकने की इच्छा का संकेत देता है।
