Times of India · entertainment

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 has seen a dramatic twist as the winner's prize money has been reduced to just over ₹25 lakh, down from the initial ₹50 lakh. Rahul Easwar's successful secret bid for a Ticket to Week 12 resulted in a deduction of ₹24,99,999.95 from the prize pool. This reduction follows similar format changes in previous seasons, where contestants either accepted money to leave or prize money was affected by tasks.
