Searches for travel during the upcoming festive season show a strong interest in both international Asian destinations and domestic leisure spots. Between August 1 and September 30, Indian travellers searched for stays from October 15 to November 30. Popular international searches included Bangkok, Phuket, and Tokyo, while Goa, Puri, and Udaipur led domestic choices. Agoda noted a significant year-on-year growth in searches for countries like Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan, alongside a surge for spiritual and nature-focused Indian destinations like Puri and Ooty.
