Vietnam Boat Tragedy: Speedboat Captain Arrested

Vietnamese police have arrested the captain of a speedboat that capsized near Phu Quoc island, resulting in the tragic deaths of 15 Indian tourists. The incident occurred on Saturday in rough seas. Rescuers successfully saved 21 individuals. The bodies of the deceased Indians have been transported to Ho Chi Minh City for repatriation, with most rescued tourists returning home and one remaining hospitalized.
