He emphasized the primacy of air power, citing ongoing global conflicts and India's Operation Sindoor last year. Speaking at a seminar on air power's role in the evolving battlespace, he stressed that waiting to adapt to technological advancements and changing warfare nature could be too late. The IAF has evolved significantly since its 1932 inception into a capable, multi-domain force.

भारतीय वायु सेना के प्रमुख एयर चीफ मार्शल ए पी सिंह ने कहा कि जीत उन्हीं की होती है जो युद्ध में होने वाले बदलावों का अनुमान लगाते हैं और उनके अनुसार खुद को ढालते हैं। उन्होंने पिछले साल भारत के ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और चल रहे वैश्विक संघर्षों का हवाला देते हुए हवाई शक्ति को सर्वोपरि बताया। बदलते युद्धक्षेत्र में हवाई शक्ति की भूमिका पर एक सेमिनार में बोलते हुए, उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि तकनीकी प्रगति और युद्ध की बदलती प्रकृति के अनुकूल होने का इंतजार करना बहुत देर हो सकती है। IAF 1932 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से एक सक्षम, मल्टी-डोमेन बल के रूप में काफी विकसित हुआ है।
