Nishad Party Warns BJP on SC Quota Demand, Threatens Other Options

Uttar Pradesh minister Sanjay Nishad has again warned the BJP, demanding a decision on Scheduled Caste reservation for the Nishad community. Addressing a rally in Delhi, Nishad stated that his party's patience is wearing thin and they may explore other political alliances if the demand is not met. The Nishad Party, an ally of the BJP, has long sought the inclusion of fishermen sub-castes in the SC list. Nishad emphasized that the reservation issue is non-negotiable and any decision on future alliances will be made collectively after consulting party members.
