Law Graduate Selected as Civil Judge, Chooses Jain Renunciation Instead

Prakharshree Didi from Betul, Madhya Pradesh, completed her LLB after qualifying for CLAT and was selected as a Civil Judge in 2023. Despite fulfilling her parents' dream, she decided to embrace Jain renunciation before joining the judiciary. Prakharshree believes she can serve society more effectively by following Lord Mahavir's path than as a judge or lawyer. Her decision comes as her four sisters also chose a spiritual path, with all five sisters taking vows as Brahmacharini.

बैतूल, मध्य प्रदेश की प्रखरश्री दीदी ने CLAT क्वालीफाई करने के बाद LLB पूरी की और 2023 में सिविल जज चुनी गईं। माता-पिता का सपना पूरा करने के बावजूद, उन्होंने न्यायपालिका में शामिल होने से पहले जैन दीक्षा लेने का फैसला किया। प्रखरश्री का मानना है कि वे जज या वकील बनने की तुलना में भगवान महावीर के रास्ते पर चलकर समाज की सेवा अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से कर सकती हैं। उनका यह फैसला ऐसे समय में आया है जब उनकी चार बहनों ने भी आध्यात्मिक मार्ग चुना है, और सभी पांचों बहनों ने ब्रह्मचारिणी के रूप में दीक्षा ली है।
