Child's Death Sparks Malnutrition Charge In MP

A 7-year-old child's death in Madhya Pradesh has led to a malnutrition charge against the state. The family alleges negligence in providing adequate nutrition. Reports indicate that out of the 300-day requirement for supplementary nutrition, the state's approximately 97,000 Anganwadi centres received regular supplies for only about 170 days.

मध्य प्रदेश में 7 साल के बच्चे की मौत के बाद राज्य पर कुपोषण का आरोप लगा है। परिवार का कहना है कि बच्चों को ठीक से पोषण नहीं दिया गया। रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक, 300 दिन के पोषण की ज़रूरत के मुकाबले राज्य के करीब 97,000 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में केवल 170 दिन ही नियमित सप्लाई मिली। यह एक गंभीर लापरवाही है।
