This sale marks one of the priciest home transactions in Los Angeles. The mansion, originally built in 1938, was previously listed for $170 million before going to auction. It features 8.4 acres of land, extensive gardens, a pool, and a tennis court, alongside seven bedrooms and 20 bathrooms.
