Azamgarh: Over 12,000 Families to Receive First Housing Installment by Diwali

In Azamgarh, over 12,000 families living in कच्चा (unbaked brick) houses or without homes will soon see their dream of a pucca (concrete) house fulfilled. The district has a target of 12,052 houses for the current financial year across 1810 gram panchayats. The first installment of ₹40,000 for construction will be disbursed to selected beneficiaries within the next 15 days. The administration aims to complete the construction of these houses by the upcoming Diwali festival. A thorough survey identified and removed ineligible beneficiaries, leaving approximately 1,12,000 eligible recipients.

आजमगढ़ में, कच्चा (बिना पकी ईंट) घरों में रहने वाले या बिना घर वाले 12,000 से ज़्यादा परिवारों का पक्का (कंक्रीट) घर का सपना जल्द ही पूरा होगा। जिले का चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में 1810 ग्राम पंचायतों में 12,052 घर बनाने का लक्ष्य है। निर्माण के लिए ₹40,000 की पहली किस्त अगले 15 दिनों के भीतर चयनित लाभार्थियों को दी जाएगी। प्रशासन का लक्ष्य आने वाली दिवाली तक इन घरों का निर्माण पूरा करना है। एक विस्तृत सर्वेक्षण ने अपात्र लाभार्थियों की पहचान कर उन्हें हटा दिया, जिससे लगभग 1,12,000 योग्य प्राप्तकर्ता बचे हैं।
