Bus Catches Fire On Mumbai-Pune Expressway

A bus carrying 14 passengers caught fire on the Pune-bound lane of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway near Khalapur in Maharashtra. Fire brigade teams from Panvel Municipal Corporation and Khopoli Municipal Council responded swiftly to the emergency. They successfully brought the blaze under control. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported among the passengers. The incident caused traffic disruptions on the busy expressway.

मुंबई-पुणे एक्सप्रेसवे पर खलापुर के पास पुणे की ओर जा रही एक बस में आग लग गई। बस में 14 यात्री सवार थे। पनवेल नगर निगम और खोपोली नगर परिषद की फायर ब्रिगेड की टीमों ने तुरंत कार्रवाई की और आग पर काबू पा लिया। गनीमत रही कि किसी भी यात्री को चोट नहीं आई। इस घटना से एक्सप्रेसवे पर ट्रैफिक जाम हो गया।
