Elon Musk's Tesla has opened reservations for its Roadster, a sports car that the company claims can fly. The vehicle will be available in three variants: Performance, Thrust, and Rocket. While reservations are now open, Tesla plans to begin production in 2028. The Rocket variant is described as an air-ready vehicle with seating for one, featuring cold-gas thrusters around its perimeter for acceleration and rotational movement, enabling it to fly. Other variants focus on enhanced road and track performance.
