BJP's PPP Model to Counter SP's PDA Formula in UP Elections

Ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the BJP is reportedly developing a 'PPP' (Pal-Patel-Pasi) model to counter the Samajwadi Party's 'PDA' (Pichda, Dalit, Alpsankhyak) strategy. Following the Lok Sabha election results, the BJP is leveraging allies like JD(U) and LJP to make inroads in Purvanchal. JD(U) has claimed organizational readiness and is in talks with the BJP for seat-sharing, aiming to strengthen the NDA. LJP is also focusing on consolidating Dalit and Pal communities, positioning Chirag Paswan as a key Dalit leader.
