Ukraine announced that speed limits on its SpaceX Starlink terminals have been lifted following overnight testing, potentially easing recent tensions between Kyiv and Washington. Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara confirmed that monitoring systems show Starshield speeds recovering and connections stabilizing. This development is crucial for Ukrainian military operations, including drone usage, logistics, and communications, which were previously disrupted by reduced speeds. The throttling had previously limited speeds to about 161 km/h, but they have now returned to over 400 km/h.
