Judge's Emotional Message to Child Survivor Delivered

A Delhi court has ordered that an emotional message written by a trial court judge to a seven-year-old sexual assault survivor be delivered to her family. The judge had assured the child that the man she called 'Uncle' would remain in jail for life. The message praised the child's courage in speaking out, stating her voice was heard. The Delhi High Court also directed the delivery of the compensation amount to the child. The incident occurred, and the accused was sentenced under the POCSO Act.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने सात साल की यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकार बच्ची को ट्रायल कोर्ट के जज द्वारा लिखे गए एक भावुक संदेश को उसके परिवार तक पहुंचाने का आदेश दिया है। जज ने बच्ची को भरोसा दिलाया था कि जिस आदमी को वह 'अंकल' कहती थी, वह उम्रकैद की सजा भुगतेगा। संदेश में बच्ची के हिम्मत की तारीफ की गई थी कि उसने सच बोलने की हिम्मत दिखाई और उसकी आवाज़ सुनी गई। दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने बच्ची को मुआवज़े की रकम पहुंचाने का भी निर्देश दिया। यह घटना POCSO एक्ट के तहत हुई थी और आरोपी को सज़ा सुनाई गई थी।
