Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren Performs Shraddha Rites For His Mother Rupi Soren

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren performed the shraddha rituals for his mother, Rupi Soren, at their ancestral village Nemra in Ramgarh district. The ceremony took place a day after her cremation. Dressed in traditional attire, Soren carried food on a leaf to Nadi Darha Ghat to offer it in his mother's name. Rupi Soren, wife of late Shibu Soren, passed away at the age of 75 due to age-related ailments. The rites were performed at their ancestral home and the ghat, where her husband was cremated in 2025.

झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने रामगढ़ जिले के अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा में अपनी मां रूपी सोरेन के लिए श्राद्ध कर्म किया। यह रस्म उनकी मां के अंतिम संस्कार के एक दिन बाद हुई। पारंपरिक वेशभूषा में सोरेन ने मां के नाम पर भोजन पत्तों पर रखकर नदी दरहा घाट पर अर्पित किया। दिवंगत शिबू सोरेन की पत्नी रूपी सोरेन का 75 वर्ष की आयु में वृद्धावस्था संबंधी बीमारियों के कारण निधन हो गया था। यह श्राद्ध कर्म उनके पैतृक घर और उसी घाट पर किया गया जहां 2025 में उनके पति का अंतिम संस्कार हुआ था।
