Three Booked For Hacking Woman's Devices, Stalking Her

A case has been registered against three individuals, including a woman's estranged husband and two former colleagues, for allegedly hacking her mobile phone and laptop. The accused are accused of accessing private and professional data and digitally stalking the victim using spyware called QuickSpy. Surveillance devices were reportedly installed in her car and house, and the stolen data was allegedly used to tarnish her reputation. The FIR was registered under the Information Technology Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita following an inquiry.

एक महिला के मोबाइल फोन और लैपटॉप को कथित तौर पर हैक करने के आरोप में तीन लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है, जिनमें महिला का अलग रह रहा पति और दो पूर्व सहकर्मी शामिल हैं। आरोपियों पर QuickSpy नामक स्पाइवेयर का उपयोग करके निजी और पेशेवर डेटा तक पहुंचने और पीड़ित का डिजिटल रूप से पीछा करने का आरोप है। कथित तौर पर उसकी कार और घर में निगरानी उपकरण लगाए गए थे, और चोरी हुए डेटा का इस्तेमाल उसकी प्रतिष्ठा को धूमिल करने के लिए किया गया था। जांच के बाद सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम और भारतीय न्याय संहिता के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई थी।
