Landlord Firm Fined For Unsafe Tenant Conditions

A landlord company in County Durham has been fined £42,500 for housing tenants in deplorable conditions. The tenants were found living among dead rats, mice, human waste, and urine. The court was informed that the firm neglected essential property inspections and failed to maintain valid gas safety certificates for multiple rental properties.

उधर काउंटी डरहम में एक मकान मालिक कंपनी पर 42,500 पाउंड का जुर्माना लगा है। वजह ये है कि वो किराएदारों को बहुत खराब हालत में रख रहे थे। किराएदार मरे हुए चूहे, गंदगी और पेशाब के बीच रहने को मजबूर थे। कोर्ट को बताया गया कि कंपनी ने प्रॉपर्टी की जांच नहीं की और कई घरों के गैस सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट भी नहीं थे।
