Bengaluru Software Engineer Claims Zoho Wasted His 3 Years

A Bengaluru-based software engineer has claimed that his three years at Indian software company Zoho were a waste of time, leading to immense stress and a loss of confidence. The engineer, currently a Senior Product Manager at Flipkart, worked at Zoho from 2015 to 2018. He clarified that he does not blame Zoho or its founder Sridhar Vembu, stating that the mismatch was personal and not due to a toxic work environment. He found renewed confidence and enthusiasm within a year of joining a smaller company, MishiPay.
