UBS Acquires 4.8% Stake in 360 ONE WAM Via Warrant Exercise

Global financial giant UBS has acquired a 4.8% stake in Indian wealth manager 360 ONE WAM by exercising warrants allotted last year. The conversion involved UBS paying approximately Rs 1,584 crore for 2.05 crore shares at Rs 1,030 each. This move follows a partnership announced last April, where UBS agreed to sell its Indian onshore wealth management business to 360 ONE for about $32 million. The transaction has increased 360 ONE WAM's paid-up share capital. Shares of 360 ONE WAM saw a slight gain on Thursday.

ग्लोबल फाइनेंशियल कंपनी UBS ने पिछले साल मिले वारंट का इस्तेमाल करके भारतीय वेल्थ मैनेजर 360 ONE WAM में 4.8% हिस्सेदारी ले ली है। UBS ने 2.05 करोड़ शेयर, 1,030 रुपये प्रति शेयर के भाव से, लगभग 1,584 करोड़ रुपये देकर खरीदे हैं। यह कदम पिछले अप्रैल में हुई पार्टनरशिप के बाद आया है, जब UBS ने अपना भारतीय ऑनशोर वेल्थ मैनेजमेंट बिजनेस 360 ONE को करीब 32 मिलियन डॉलर में बेचने पर सहमति जताई थी। इस डील से 360 ONE WAM का पेड-अप शेयर कैपिटल बढ़ गया है। गुरुवार को 360 ONE WAM के शेयरों में थोड़ी बढ़ोतरी देखी गई।
