Bagalkot Banker Loses ₹52 Lakh To Online Trading Scam

A banker from Bagalkot district has lost nearly ₹52 lakh to fraudsters after being lured by an online advertisement promising high returns on stock market investments. He invested approximately ₹60 lakh with Quantum AI Share Market Company, receiving some initial returns. However, when returns stopped, he found the company unreachable via email or phone. The banker has filed a complaint with the Cybercrime, Narcotics and Economic Offences Police Station in Bagalkot regarding the incident, which occurred over the last few months.

बाग्लकोट जिले के एक बैंकर ऑनलाइन विज्ञापन के झांसे में आकर शेयर बाज़ार में भारी मुनाफे के वादे पर करीब 52 लाख रुपये गंवा बैठा है। उसने Quantum AI Share Market Company में लगभग 60 लाख रुपये लगाए थे, और शुरुआत में कुछ मुनाफ़ा भी मिला। लेकिन जब मुनाफ़ा आना बंद हो गया, तो उसने पाया कि कंपनी ईमेल या फोन पर उपलब्ध नहीं है। बैंकर ने बाग्लकोट के साइबर क्राइम, नारकोटिक्स और आर्थिक अपराध पुलिस स्टेशन में इस घटना की शिकायत दर्ज कराई है, जो पिछले कुछ महीनों में हुई है।
