Tamil Nadu Health Minister K.G. Arunraj stated that the TVK victories in the Dharapuram and Madurantakam Assembly byelections are a testament to four months of good governance. He asserted that the party won these elections based on its achievements, without resorting to distributing money or restricting voters. Arunraj also accused opposition parties, DMK and AIADMK, of spreading false propaganda and claimed that AIADMK cadres are accepting TVK's leadership. He further addressed concerns regarding dengue prevention and monsoon preparedness, assuring the public that the situation is under control.

तमिलनाडु के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के.जी. अरुणराज ने कहा कि धरपुरम और मदुरंतकम विधानसभा उपचुनावों में टीवीके की जीत चार महीने के सुशासन का प्रमाण है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि पार्टी ने पैसे बांटने या मतदाताओं को रोकने का सहारा लिए बिना अपनी उपलब्धियों के आधार पर ये चुनाव जीते। अरुणराज ने विपक्षी दलों, डीएमके और एआईएडीएमके पर झूठा प्रचार फैलाने का आरोप लगाया और दावा किया कि एआईएडीएमके के कार्यकर्ता टीवीके के नेतृत्व को स्वीकार कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने डेंगू की रोकथाम और मानसून की तैयारी को लेकर भी चिंता जताई और जनता को आश्वासन दिया कि स्थिति नियंत्रण में है।
