Karnataka to Hold Common Exam for FDA, SDA Posts Across 33 Departments

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will now conduct a single, common examination for recruitment to First Division Assistant (FDA), Second Division Assistant (SDA), and similar posts across 33 state departments. This move aims to expedite the recruitment process and reduce the financial burden on candidates, who previously had to apply and pay separate fees for each department. KEA has developed software to streamline applications, and candidates will list their preferred departments and posts by priority. Merit and reservation categories will determine final allotments, with each candidate receiving one post.
