Fortis Investors Fear Legal Overhang Post HC Order

Fortis Healthcare investors are concerned about a reputational overhang and impact on investor confidence following a Delhi High Court order for a forensic audit of transactions involving former promoters. The order stems from a case related to Japanese firm Daiichi Sankyo’s efforts to enforce an arbitral award. Fortis has filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court challenging the order.
