Real-world data from 2021-2025 shows significant attrition in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) treatment. Only about 53% of patients reach second-line therapy, and approximately 26% reach third-line therapy. Androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs) are predominantly used early in treatment, while taxanes are employed later. However, only 43% of patients receive taxane treatment, indicating challenges in treatment continuation and effectiveness.
