Originally rated 'A' for theatrical release, the movie has undergone significant edits to secure a U/A 16+ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The CBFC mandated between 45 to 50 cuts, primarily targeting violent and gory scenes. These modifications have resulted in the TV version being approximately 10 minutes shorter than its original theatrical run.
