The movie opened strongly, earning $32 million in its first weekend, but saw a steady decline to $12 million by the second. Despite this downturn, the film has grossed $119 million worldwide, more than triple its production budget exceeding $40 million. The number of screens playing the thriller decreased from 3,572 to 3,072.
