India Summons Iran Envoy Over Tanker Attack

India has summoned Iran's ambassador following the death of an Indian national in a suspected drone attack on a merchant tanker off the coast of Oman. The Liberian-flagged oil tanker, Mercer Street, was attacked on Thursday. The Indian crew member was killed in the incident. The Ministry of External Affairs has strongly condemned the attack and called for a thorough investigation into the matter.
